How the numbers are made
A reservation is used when the bot saw the player join the server while it stood, from the click until the bot released it. It is wasted when the bot released it after the next match started and the player never joined. Cancelled means the member released it by clicking again. On server means the player was already connected when they reserved, so the slot changed nothing. Other covers releases caused by losing the Steam link, the VIP role or Discord membership. The bot cannot tell whether the server was actually full when the player joined, only that they got in while holding a slot. Joins shorter than one poll of the server (about ten seconds) are missed.
